The project originates from the requirement of a new  executive and residential complex located in Brescia, able to set up, through the transformation and re-use of the spaces, an area of completion in the city center. The intervention aims to realize an urban scale project able to promote environmental sustainability criteria achieving a sustainable architectural project. Able to create an organic and rich environment, to respect and compare itself with the traditional buildings and aesthetics, without renouncing to express a contemporary character. The attention to the location, the sobriety of the shapes and the simplicity of the lines represent a reference to rationalism, but also a way to control and reduce construction costs.
