The planning choice  taken for the building is a compact and sculptural volume, which integrates into the densely built surrounding context, as an  element with its own character.
Few materials mark out the architecture of the complex and contribute to make the building recognizable: prefab structure, covering in expanded metal sheet, plaster, wood and glass.
